This week was filled with an amazing adventure in LA. Today I’m sharing my amazing experience at Disney’s The Nutcracker and the Four Realms Red Carpet Movie Premiere.
The Nutcracker and the Four Realms Red Carpet Movie Premiere Experience
The fact that little old me gets to walk on the red carpet with celebrities is beyond my belief. This isn’t my first rodeo, but for some reason, each experience is different and unique in its own way. Disney always has a way of bringing the movie alive right on the red carpet and this was no exception
After we had the chance to interview Mackenzie Foy (Clara) and Misty Copeland (The Ballerina), we were able to attend both the Movie Premiere Red Carpet and pre-party. Don’t worry, I’ll be sharing those interviews next week, so keep an eye out. The movie premieres are always such an unbelievable experience and every time I step foot into a movie event it’s magical. Definitely, something I will talk about for the rest of my life.
The Nutcracker and the Four Realms Red Carpet Experience
One of my favorite things about attending a Disney movie red carpet premiere is all the fun details and you never know who you are going to see. Disney always goes all out when it comes bringing out a real feel of the film. From the moment we arrived at the Dolby Theater you can see the theme of the four realms everywhere.
Plus, we got to watch as the stars and cast of the film entered the party to join us. It’s always so fun watching as some of our favorite actors get interviewed and not just watching them on the television.
The Nutcracker and the Four Realms Pre-Party Event
Before watching the movie premiere of The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, we were lucky enough to attend the pre-party celebrations. From the moment you walked into the party you can pick up all of the details from the four realms. From the huge carousal in the middle of the room that was surrounded by all the character posters to stilt walkers, photo opportunities, and even a candy station that you were able to fill bags to take home. You felt as if you were apart of the movie and all its magic.
I’m not always brave enough at going up to the celebrities and asking for photos, but once in a while, you see someone that you really want a photo with. Especially if it’s someone your kid’s love! My girls are such huge fans of Disney that this is the perfect event to take some photos of some of their favorite stars!
Celebrity Sightings
I will admit, that I hung out around the red carpet for a bit. Just to check out some of the stars who would be attending the movie premiere, plus I was hoping to get a photo of Mackenzie Foy and Misty Copeland. Which I’m glad to say that I did, plus a few other celebrities.
There was so much to do during the pre-party that I feel that I didn’t get a chance to enjoy everything. There was a snowglobe table, a headband crafting table, manicure with OPI inspired colors by The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, hairstyles, candy station, and so much more! Once in a while, I would get a celebrity walk right passed by and to me. That’s always so much fun and I try to take it all in.
Unless it’s someone I’m a huge fan of, like when I saw Meg Connolly from across the room. I knew that I needed a photo with her. Not only are my girls a fan of her latest film Zombie from the Disney Channel, but she also stars in American Housewife on ABC. My hubby and I watch the show every single week and it’s one of our favorite shows!
I hope you all followed along as I shared all the events this past week and make sure to stay tuned for more fun coming up. Especially my Disney’s The Nutcracker and the Four Realms movie review and if it’s appropriate for the kiddos to watch.
About The Nutcracker and the Four Realms
All Clara (Mackenzie Foy) wants is a key – a one-of-a-kind key that will unlock a box that holds a priceless gift. A golden thread, presented to her at godfather Drosselmeyer’s (Morgan Freeman) annual holiday party, leads her to the coveted key—which promptly disappears into a strange and mysterious parallel world. It’s there that Clara encounters a soldier named Phillip (Jayden Fowora-Knight), a gang of mice and the regents who preside over three Realms: Land of Snowflakes, Land of Flowers and Land of Sweets. Clara and Phillip must brave the ominous Fourth Realm, home to the tyrant Mother Ginger (Helen Mirren), to retrieve Clara’s key and hopefully return harmony to the unstable world. Starring Keira Knightley as the Sugar Plum Fairy, Disney’s new holiday feature film “The Nutcracker and the Four Realms” is directed by Lasse Hallström and Joe Johnston, and inspired by E.T.A. Hoffmann’s classic tale.
