My family and I love exploring the state of Florida. Many visitors come here for the theme parks, but they forget that we have so much more to offer. Like making Family Memories At Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament show. Located close to all the attractions, it’s the perfect place for both locals and visitors to enjoy a night going back in time.

Family Memories At Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament – Plus Giveaway
I haven’t visited Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament since I was a young girl living in Kissimmee. Yes, that’s how long they have been around. I also believe it’s because they really provide a show that is fantastic for the entire family. The have knights for the boys and princesses for the girls. Alcohol for the adults and moms don’t have to cook! That’s what I call a night the entire family will enjoy!
Everyone was so excited to attend the show and have a nice family night out. Our show time began at 6:00 pm in the evening, so we wanted to arrive early enough to take pictures of the castle. When you arrive at the Medieval Times castle you have the ability to walk around the outside of the castle and inside to explore.
Once you enter you will be given a color, this will determine which knight you will be rooting for during the show. You will also get a fun crown to wear during the event. Moms… Dads… wear your crown! It’s so much fun and your kids will love it.
You will also have the opportunity to take a picture with a princess or knight on the way in. You are also able to explore the castle before the show begins. Once you take your seat everything will be brought to you during the show.
Quick tip: Make sure to use the restroom before heading to your seat. Especially if you end up sitting in the middle of the crowd. It can be a bit difficult to get in and out.
My girls absolutely loved being able to eat with their hands. They couldn’t believe that I was actually allowing it. It was pretty funny! You will get drinks, a soup, chicken, bread rolls, potatoes, and dessert. I have to say that the food was very good and everyone, even my picky eater ate their food and enjoyed it!
The knights also pick ladies from the audience to give a flower to if they win a battle against another knight. Well, our knight was pretty spectacular and won the entire event, but beforehand won two other tournaments. Giving a flower to each of my daughters. They felt so special!
Medieval Times & Tournament Dinner show was definitely a wonderful night out with my family. We were going through some difficult ties with my health issues going up and down. This was exactly what we needed as a family. If you are looking for a fun night out that the entire family will love, then I highly suggest visiting Medieval Times & Tournament Dinner show!
