These cookies are good. Will definitely make them again.
Little confused on the recipe and directions:
The recipe says 1 egg yokes, the directions say to add the egg yokes.
Should there be 1 egg yoke or 2 yokes?
Thanks
Victoria says
Hi Paula! So glad you loved them! Yes, it’s 2 egg yolks added to the recipes. I will go double check the post to make sure that’s what it says 🙂 Thanks so much!
Tina says
You state to preheat the oven to300*but then state bake at 350* for 23 minutes. Which temp is it?
Victoria says
Hi Tina! I’m so sorry about that. You bake at 350 degrees 🙂
John Smith says
I love eggnog, and I love cookies! It’s like these were designed for me!
Victoria says
Haha!! Then you will definitely love these!
Nancy says
I see you have addressed the temp issue, should be 350 but what is the baking time. 23-25 minutes seems like a long time. Please let us all know if this is correct.
Victoria says
Hi Nancy! Thank you so much for letting me know. The oven should be set for 300 degrees and baking time is between 20-23 minutes or until bottom of cookies start browning. If you want, you can also bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until bottom again starts browning. I hope this helps and I appreciate you catching the errors 🙂 Hope you like them! Happy Holidays!

These cookies taste good, but the directions are so so. Using a small scoop and dropping by teaspoons made over 3 dozen…. not 16! And it took until the 3rd pan of them to look anything like the picture. Will be playing around with this to tweak it some.
Ashley says
Love these cookies!! Will definitely keep the recipe around!
How long would they last for ? Would they freeze well?
Thanks in advance

If you don’t have an ice cream scoop, what else can you use to measure cookie balls out
Victoria says
Measuring spoons also work great! Especially the tablespoon one.
