My girls and hubby have been begging me for some yummy fall breakfast recipes like the Pumpkin Nutella Pancakes I made last fall. So, I surprised them last week with some Pumpkin French Toast!

Pumpkin French Toast Recipe

I have to admit that I’m not a pumpkin person. I actually don’t even eat pumpkin pie during the fall holidays, but I have to say just like my Pumpkin Panckes these were pretty good if I do say so myself 🙂

Ingredients needed for Pumpkin French Toast Recipe:

  • Bread Slices
  • 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Canned Pumpkin
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • Butter for pan

Pumpkin French Toast Ingredients

As a busy mom I love easy morning recipes like this! Simply add all your ingredients into a large mixing bowl, except your bread slices and mix all together until combined.

Pumpkin French Toast Mixture

Once your ingredients are combined dip each slice of bread and add to a medium to high heat pan. You can also add butter to the pan to keep the french toast from sticking, but it will also give it a buttery flavor.

Pumpkin French Toast Slices

Once both sides have been cooked your are ready to enjoy your delicious Fall Pumpkin French Toast. Add a bit of butter on top with some syrup or honey and enjoy!
