Easy Allergy Free Trail Mix Recipe

This past Monday we had our wonderful and fun #DisneySide Party!  With Kaelyn’s food allergies I have to be very careful what I serve, but at the same time I want to make sure that everyone enjoys the food.  For sometime I’ve been wanting to try out a type of trail mix for the girls, so we decided on this fun, yummy, and Easy Allergy Free Trail Mix Recipe to share with our friends at the party.

Allergy Free Snack Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Pretzels (make sure they are allergy safe, if you need gluten free as well Glutino is a wonderful brand)
  • Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Chex Cereal
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Allergy friendly chocolate chips (we love using Enjoy Life)
  • Large bag or bowl to mix
  • Small cups

Kids in the Kitchen Allergy Safe Trail Mix

This is a great and easy snack to make with the kids!  The girls really had a great time helping each other out making it for their friends.  Just mix all the ingredients together in a large zip block bag or bowl.

You can then split them up into snack size zip block bags and have them ready to take with you when you need a snack on the go.  We poured ours in our Mickey cups so that all of our friends had one.

Do you have a favorite and easy allergy safe snack?

Oh, I know how that goes! MY daughter is severely allergic to peanuts and is also allergic to pineapple and we are trying to work on her dairy allergy right now. It’s an easy snack to take on the go 🙂 Hope he likes it! Thanks for stopping by!
