I received a copy of God Whispered Your Name for my review. No other compensation was given. All opinions are mine and mine alone.
My girls and I love reading! You can say we are book fanatics! My girls get very excited when I bring out a new book from my book bins from my former teaching days. But the one thing that really gets the girls excited is a book that is customized with their names in the story, like the book by Philip Haussler GOD Whispered Your Name.
We gave the book as a gift to our oldest daughter for her 5th Birthday this year. We know how much she loves books, especially books with her name on it. But also we are learning more about ourselves and about God’s love.
As soon as Kaelyn unwrapped the book the first thing she noticed was her name on the front cover in big bold letters. As we read the book you can see the excitement on her and her little sisters face. At the end of the story her little sister asked if she could get a story about her as well. Santa I hope you heard that 😉
As a mom I loved the bright pictures, but most importantly the message the book shares with children… God’s Love for us and what he has created for us. It’s a very positive and beautiful book that my girls love to read several times a week. So much so, that when I asked them to find me the book in their book case they knew exactly where it was 🙂
From MarbleSpark Website: This personalized book celebrates God’s deep love for each of us, colorfully showing children how “God had a plan at the very beginning… He had you in mind, when He set the world spinning.”
Each beautiful illustration features the child’s name. They’ll love finding the letters of their name hiding in leaves of a tree, strutting on the feathers of a peacock and shining brightly in the night sky. Even the front, back and spine of this 8.5″ x 8.5″ hardcover book are personalized.
Head on over to MarbleSpark to purchase and check out a preview of God Whispered Your Name.
