When it comes to finding the perfect ingredients for family meals, I choose the items that they love the most.
- Mission® Carb Balance Tortillas
- Tyson® Refrigerated Chicken Strips
- Tillamook® Mild Cheese (shredded or diced)
- Ranch Dressing
- Diced Bacon
- Cilantro (optional)
One of the great things about this Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla recipe is that you can choose if you want to make it on the stovetop or bake it in the oven.
I love using my oven for baking quesadillas when I’m in a rush or tired after a long day.
How To Bake Chicken Quesadillas
Because I’m all about quick and easy, I prefer to bake quesadillas, rather than standing in front of the stove making them one at a time.
- Cook your bacon on the stovetop or in the oven.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, add the entire bag of Tyson® Refrigerated Chicken Strips, shredded or thinly diced Tillamook® Mild Cheese, ranch dressing, and diced bacon.
- Toss all ingredients together to make sure it’s all covered in the ranch dressing.
- Cover a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Lay a Mission® Carb Balance Tortilla flat on the parchment paper.
- Using a spoon scoop enough chicken bacon ranch mix to fill the tortilla.
- Fold tortilla in half.
- Repeat as many times as needed.
- Bake Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle ranch dressing on top if desired, and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
Tip: I prefer to bake an entire packet of bacon ahead of time and refrigerate until I need it during the week. By baking the bacon ahead of time, my cooking time is cut down.
