I know that the big game has come and gone, but I personally love a good dip as a yummy snack or even as a meal. This Southwest Jalapeño Dip will definitely become your next favorite snack or recipe to bring to your next get together.
Southwest Jalapeño Dip
If you following along the blog then you know that I’m all about easy, but yummy recipes! I love making dips for the hubby and I to share when watching movies together. It kinda has become our signature thing to do every other weekend.
This Southwest Jalapeño Dip is the perfect snack to make that is both easy and yummy. Plus, it doesn’t take many ingredients to make!
Ingredients Needed to make dip:
- Softened Cream Cheese (8oz)
- Sour Cream (8oz)
- 1 Packet of Ranch Dip Mix
- 1/4 cup of Roasted red pepper
- Juice and zest from 1 lime
- ½ Can of Diced Jalapeños
- ½ Bunch Cilantro
Put softened cream cheese, red peppers, jalapeños, and sour cream in Food Processor or use a hand mixer, and combine until well combined.
Now add the packet of Ranch Dip Mix and lime juice. Combine until well blended.
Add ¾ bunch cilantro finely chopped. Combine until well blended.
Chill for one hour in the refrigerator to allow all ingredients to come together. Plus, the jalapeños get a nice little zing to them.
