Which is why we decided to combine two of our favorite things: the decadent flavorful Coconut Dreams Cookies and vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients Needed For Cookie Ice Cream
One of my favorite things about this recipe is that my girls love being able to help me in the kitchen. A recipe like this is perfect for them to do all the work, and for me to supervise. You can use any of your favorite Keebler® Fudge Shoppe cookies for this recipe, we decided to use Keebler® Fudge Shoppe Coconut Dreams Cookies!
- Keebler® Fudge Shoppe Coconut Dreams Cookies Family Size
- Vanilla ice cream
- Favorite ice cream toppings
- Whipped cream
- Waffle cones or bowls
How To Make Coconut Fudge Cookie Ice Cream
This cookie ice cream recipe is super easy to make and an absolute delicacy!
- First, you want to take out your vanilla ice cream tub and allow it to sit on the counter to soften.
- Then, crumble your Keebler® Coconut Dreams in your food processor with a few pulses.
- Save a couple of scoops of crumbled cookies for later.
- In a large bowl, add your softened ice cream and pour in your crumbled Keebler® Coconut Dreams cookies.
- Using a large spoon or wooden spoon, mix everything until combined..
- In a loaf pan, pour over your cookie ice cream mix.
- Spread evenly on the pan until everything is flat.
- Cover with tin foil or saran wrap.
- Let it sit in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen again.
- Once the ice cream is frozen, sprinkle the crumbled cookies you saved from earlier.
- Scoop into a waffle cone or bowl.
- Top with your favorite ice cream toppings, whipped cream, and finish off with a delicious Keebler® Coconut Dreams cookie.
- Enjoy!
Tip: My only suggestion ahead of time is if you want to enjoy this delicious recipe later in the day, make sure to make it in the morning to give the ice cream enough time to freeze.
