Veggie Mozzarella Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Udi’s Gluten Free Bread (I used white)
  • 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • sprinkle Parmesan cheese
  • handful Alfalfa sprouts
  • drizzle or spread Pesto sauce
  • handful Shredded carrots
  • Butter (for grilling)
  • 1 cup Favorite soup recipe

Method
 

  1. Spread butter on both sides of your sliced bread.
  2. Lay one slice on pan on the stove on medium heat.
  3. Add mozzarella, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, sprouts, drizzle pesto sauce, carrots, and another slice of mozzarella.
  4. Add the second slice of bread.
  5. Grill on both sides until mozzarella is melted and both sides of the bread are grilled.
