Veggie Mozzarella Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Udi’s Gluten Free Bread (I used white)
  • 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • sprinkle Parmesan cheese
  • handful Alfalfa sprouts
  • drizzle or spread Pesto sauce
  • handful Shredded carrots
  • Butter (for grilling)
  • 1 cup Favorite soup recipe

Instructions
 

  • Spread butter on both sides of your sliced bread.
  • Lay one slice on pan on the stove on medium heat.
  • Add mozzarella, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, sprouts, drizzle pesto sauce, carrots, and another slice of mozzarella.
  • Add the second slice of bread.
  • Grill on both sides until mozzarella is melted and both sides of the bread are grilled.
