How To Make One-Pot Smoked Sausage Pasta Recipe
My family loves Italian nights, and we have them at least once a week.
This one-pot sausage pasta dinner is one of my favorite recipes because it’s so simple for busy moms.
It makes me feel good that my family is enjoying a delicious meal.
To cut down on cooking time, pick up your favorite pasta sauce that already includes veggies and your favorite ingredients.
- Boil pasta by following the directions on the box.
- Heat pan to medium heat and add a teaspoon of virgin olive oil.
- Slice your smoked sausage.
- Sauté sausage on the pan until cooked on both sides.
- Once pasta is cooked, rinse in water and pour over cooked sausages.
- Add pasta sauce to coat and heat.
- Serve and top with shredded parmesan if desired.
Oh, and don’t forget to order a loaf of delicious garlic bread from the freezer section.
Easy to bake in the oven while you cook your pasta dish.
How To Make Pasta Nights Low-Carb
Making pasta nights keto-friendly is easy to do, even with a family.
One of my favorite ways to make pasta nights low carb or keto for myself is to sautee some zucchini noodles in a small pan.
Then once the sausage is cooked, I add some to my zoodles pan and my low-carb favorite, Rao’s marinara sauce.

Ingredients
- Favorite Pasta Sauce (cut down on time with pasta sauces that have veggies and delicious ingredients)
- Favorite Pasta
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Smoked Sausage
- Shredded parmesan cheese - optional
Instructions
- Boil pasta by following directions on the box.
- Heat pan to medium heat and add a teaspoon of olive oil.
- Slice your smoked sausage.
- Sauté sausage on pan until cooked on both sides.
- Once pasta is cooked rinse in water and pour over cooked sausages.
- Add pasta sauce to coat.
Notes
You can use your favorite protein for this recipe and it will still taste delicious.
